When making a booking, all guests are required to give credit card details to secure bookings. This card will be preauthorized 24 hours in advance of arrival. Debit cards used for guarantee purposes will be charged the first night cost at booking stage.

Yes, all room prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all taxes and fees. VAT is at the rate of 13.5%
Is my booking guaranteed if I have not provided a credit card?
No, all reservations require credit card details to guarantee bookings. Provisional bookings will be held for an agreed period and then released if not secured with credit card details.

What is the cancellation policy at the Grand Hotel?
For Individual bookings, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations which are cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a non-arrival charge of one night’s accommodation. Non confirmed reservations will be cancelled.
For group bookings, please refer to contracts issued.
