The Grand Hotel is very well situated for all transportation requirements.
We are close to Dublin Airport, M50/M1 and have a full range of other transport alternatives for our guests.
There are four Electric Vehicle (EV) chargers at the Grand Hotel, each offering a 22kW charge.
They are located opposite the main entrance and offer a quick and convenient charging solution for our guests.
The EV Charging facility is operated by GoCharge.

Fuel is covered as part of your GoCar membership. Each car has a fuel card in it you can use to top the car up when it’s running low.

Parking in Dublin City is FREE! GoCars can park for free of charge in any Dublin City Council on street Pay & Display spaces.
DART (Dublin Area rapid transport) runs from Malahide Station to all city centre stations and to all stops to Bray. (210m, out Hotel gate, through traffic lights, on the right, after Church) A live timetable is available also available for the DART.
The most frequent bus service is the 42. It departs from the centre of the village to Eden Quay in the city centre. (200m, out Hotel gate, through traffic lights, on the left, opposite church)
The 32 service departs from near the Tennis Club. It takes the Coastal route to Lower Abbey in the city centre. (50m, out Hotel gate, at Tennis Club on right)
The 102 bus service runs from Dublin International Airport to Malahide. This service extends as far as Sutton DART Station.

There are a number of taxi services operating from Malahide. We recommend you book your taxi the night before departure in order to avoid possible delays. Reception would be delighted to make bookings for you. Some useful numbers are:
